reThinkFood: MIT Media Lab

Pilot R&D Co-Founder Dr. Ali Bouzari joined James Beard award winning chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski, the chef geniuses behind Michelin-starred State Bird Provisions and The Progress, on a panel at this year's reThinkFood conference in Napa to discuss "Will Robots Cook Our Food? Humanizing Technology and Engineering Creativity."  Pilot R&D is working with a number of clients building robots and other devices to cook the food of the future.
